Q: Why is the project label showing as blank or unavailable when I try to request Project-Based payment or OT?
A: This occurs because the Admin has disabled the settings for project-based payments and OT. To fix it:
Contact your System Admin to verify if the project-based settings should be active.
Once the Admin enables the setting, the project labels will reappear for selection.
