If you see the error message "Location Error! Unable to get location" when trying to check in or out on the mobile app, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check Device Permissions
Ensure that the Better HR app has permission to access your location:
Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Better HR > Permissions > Location > Select "Allow only while using the app" and ensure "Use precise location" is toggled ON.
iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Better HR > Select "While Using the App" and ensure "Precise Location" is toggled ON.
2. Network Connectivity
Check that you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or Mobile Data).
Sometimes toggling Airplane Mode ON and OFF can refresh your network and GPS connection.
