Location Error (Unable to get location)

If you see the error message "Location Error! Unable to get location" when trying to check in or out on the mobile app, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check Device Permissions

Ensure that the Better HR app has permission to access your location:

  • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Better HR > Permissions > Location > Select "Allow only while using the app" and ensure "Use precise location" is toggled ON.

  • iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Better HR > Select "While Using the App" and ensure "Precise Location" is toggled ON.

2. Network Connectivity

  • Check that you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or Mobile Data).

  • Sometimes toggling Airplane Mode ON and OFF can refresh your network and GPS connection.
