Option 1: Try asking Log-in with their phone number (1 min video)

    (1 ) Open Better HR App
    (2) Enter Organization URL
    (3) Press Log-in with Phone number
    (4) Enter your phone number
    (5) wait for SMS with 6-digit
    (6) Enter the 6-digit code

 Option 2: Go to Employees section, click on the employee's name who forgot the password. In the 'Profile' section, click on 'Generate'.
