Most of the Better HR users asked this question "how can admins do when employees are not recorded their leave data in system?".Yes, sometimes employees can't submit their leave request in software because of some error or some conditions but they have got approved via mobile or face to face from their line manager .In this situation , line managers or admins who has permissions to manage that kind of issues  can fill their( employees')leave data in software.

To fill leave data of your employees,
( 1 )Go to Leave,first.

( 2 )Click Add Leave.

( 3 ) When you are in that page, fill all the information and just click Add Leave.
