Employee Resource Center Feature

We have released a new feature called “ Employee Resource Center” which is a centralized document library with role-based, location-based, department-based access useful for employee onboarding, training and SOP roll-outs. You can also track who has downloaded, who has read and who has acknowledged document by document. For example, you roll out a new Employee Handbook v2 and you can see how many have read the new version of your handbook.

  • To create a new folder -you can just click on “ Create new folder “ at the top right corner.

  • You can also search created folders by clicking on the search icon and typing your folder name.

  • You can know the total download count, total folders and total files at a glance. You can also check easily how much storage space you have used.

  • This table shows you the list of folders and how many files are there in those folders. You can also see who has access to view these folders.

  • To upload a new file in this folder -you can just click on “ Upload New Files “ at the top right corner. You can upload various types of files (image, video, pdf and etc.)

  • To rename the folder name - just click on the edit icon and rename it.

  • To delete a folder, just hover the three-dot menu and click on delete folder.

  • The “ Access” tab is for managing access for employees to view folders on their mobile app. In this tab, you can allow access to adding respective departments, positions, locations and custom tags.

  • You can also remove the given access from the list by clicking on that little green trash bin.

  • You can check how many employees have downloaded, read and acknowledged your files in this analysis column.

  • Moreover, you can also track employee lists in detail who have downloaded, read and acknowledged your files by clicking on employees in the employee activities column.

  • To download an uploaded file in a folder, click on the download button.

  • If you have finished downloading file, you can click on "View" and read your file.

  • If you have read your file, you can let your admin or manager know by clicking on “Acknowledge”.

  • To archive files, select the file you want to archive and click on the green archive icon.

  • To delete files, first select the file you want to delete and click on the trash bin.

Employee Resources (Mobile app feature)

We have released a new feature called “ Employee Resources” where employees can see folders (which are useful for employee onboarding, training and SOP roll-outs) according to access given by their admin or managers. Employees can also download, view and acknowledge files from their mobile app.

  • Go to profile → and Tap on “ Resources “ → now you can see all folders which are allowed access by your admin or manager.

  • You can also see horizontally scrollable folders which are allowed access by your admin or manager. Tap on one folder to see the files inside it.

  • Now you can see all files included in that folder.

  • You can also filter files which you want to see only by choosing from this dropdown.

  • In the “ Documents” tab, you can see only document file types ( for example; pdf file, excel file, word file, etc.)

  • In the “ Images” tab, you can see only image file types.

  • You can also see video files in " Video" tab and other file types in "Others".

  • You can also search the file you want to search by using this search bar.

  • You can download files by clicking on the download button shown in the figure.

  • You can also view your downloaded file by clicking on the “View” button.
