How to Manage Mobile Check-in/Check-out Time Windows

The system now allows you to set specific time windows for mobile check-in and check-out based on your company’s policies. This feature ensures that employees can only record their attendance within the authorized timeframe you define.


Step 1: Navigate to Policy Settings

  • Click on Profile Toggles and select Settings.

  • Go to the Policies tab and choose the specific policy you wish to adjust.

Step 2: Configure Attendance Windows

  • Within the policy, click on the Attendance section.

  • Scroll down to find the Check-in/out Window settings.

  • Enter the maximum allowed Check-in Ahead Time and Check-out Later Time (in minutes).

Step 3: Save and Update

  • Review your entries to ensure they align with company rules.

  • Click the Update Policy button at the bottom of the page to finalize the changes.


Note:

  • Employee Impact: These settings will only affect employees who are assigned to the specific policy you are modifying.

  • Permissions: These adjustments can only be made by dashboard users who have the required administrative permissions.

✅ Success: The mobile check-in and check-out restrictions are now active, and employees will be limited to the time windows you have configured.
