The system now allows you to set specific time windows for mobile check-in and check-out based on your company’s policies. This feature ensures that employees can only record their attendance within the authorized timeframe you define.
Step 1: Navigate to Policy Settings
Click on Profile Toggles and select Settings.
Go to the Policies tab and choose the specific policy you wish to adjust.
Step 2: Configure Attendance Windows
Within the policy, click on the Attendance section.
Scroll down to find the Check-in/out Window settings.
Enter the maximum allowed Check-in Ahead Time and Check-out Later Time (in minutes).
Step 3: Save and Update
Review your entries to ensure they align with company rules.
Click the Update Policy button at the bottom of the page to finalize the changes.
Note:
Employee Impact: These settings will only affect employees who are assigned to the specific policy you are modifying.
Permissions: These adjustments can only be made by dashboard users who have the required administrative permissions.
