When you need to make salary arrangements or official changes to an employee's status, you can create an official adjustment form in the system.
1. Access the Adjustment Feature
Go to the Employee tab.
Click on the Adjust button.
2. Select Employee and Currency
Choose the Employee Name from the list. The system will automatically fill in their Position, Manager, and Department.
If there is no change to the salary, you can click Skip to bypass the salary setup section.
3. Configure Salary and Probation
If applicable, you can set up a new Probation Period for the employee.
Select the Currency you wish to use for this adjustment.
Set Dates and Approval
Select the Effective Date for when these changes should take place.
Choose the Approver who is responsible for authorizing this form.
Enter Announcement and Job Details
Enter the Announcement Title and Announcement Content (this is what will be shared with the relevant parties).
Fill in the Request Message and update the Job Description if it has changed.
Attach Documents and Confirm
You can click Attachment to upload any supporting files (this is optional).
Click Confirm to submit the form.
4. Approval Process
The adjustment form will be sent to the Inbox of the selected approver.
Once the approver grants approval, the adjustment is considered successful and active.
Approvers can take action from both Mobile app and the Dashboard.
Note: Users with other permissions cannot approve these forms. Only the specifically assigned Approver has the authority to approve the adjustment.
✅ Success: The employee’s adjustment has been recorded and will take effect on the specified date.
