Q: Why can’t I approve the project-based payment and OT request?

A: This happens because, according to your company’s policy, employees must have both check-in and check-out records. If there is no check-in or check-out time, the system will only allow the Reject option.

To approve the request, the employee needs to submit both their check-in and check-out times first.
