Some mobile users may face issue like "I can't see contact list of my colleagues".
At that situation, the dashboard user can make all employees (or teammate) see the contact lists. Here is the tutorial video for you.
1). Go to 'Setting' and click on 'Policies'.
2). Choose the policy you want to change and click on 'About Policy'.
3). Click on 'Contact List' and choose 'All' or 'Team Only' which you want to be visible.(If u set 'Team Only', you can see the same department employees. If you set 'My Team', you can see the employees who report you.)
4). Click on 'Update Policy'.
