Project-based Analytics Feature
We have released a new feature - “Project-based Pay Analytics” for the users to manage the workforce effectively and efficiently.
You can set up which kind of information to be shown on the Analytics page in the top section. These options will help you filter through all the overtime information of the employees.
You can filter the Project analytics results of the Overview, Analytics and Detail sections according to their Positions, Locations, Departments, Custom Tags, etc.
You can also choose the time period by clicking on the dates in the top left corner. Click on one of the dates to see the various options available for the time period such as Today, Yesterday, This month, This year, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months and Last calendar year. You can also select the start date and end date easily just by selecting dates on the calendar shown. The default time period is set as “This Year”, showing the analytics details occurred between 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022.
You can also add project hours on this page just by clicking the “Add Projects” button in the top left corner. You have to choose the employee and fill in the details then, click the “confirm” button to add project hours for the employee.
You can also export an excel sheet of the project analytics page so that you can download and view the project details in excel format.
The first section shows the overview of the requests and hours of the employees in the system.
Shows the total number of employees who have applied for the projects and got the approvals from their managers.
The small number shown is the difference in the headcount compared with the previous time frame of the selected period.
Shows the total number of project requests that have been approved in the chosen period.
The small number shown is the difference of the approved requests compared with the previous time frame of the selected period.
Shows the total number of approved project hours in the chosen period.
The small number shown is the difference of the approved projects.
The green up arrow sign indicates that the project headcount of the current chosen period is greater than that of the previous.
The red down arrow sign indicates that the project headcount of the current chosen period is less than that of the previous.
The grey dash sign indicates that the project headcount of current chosen period is equal to that of previous.
This section shows the analytics of the project requests and hours of the employees in the system by using graph and pie chart.
Project Trend Graph
This graph shows the comparison of overtime requests and their requested hours in the organization.
When you hover over the area above the month you want to know, the system will show the total hour of requested projects and the total hour of approved projects.
This chart shows the total requested hours posted by employees broken down by its day types.
When you hover the chart, you can see the day type and its total hours. In this way, you can quickly oversee which day types the employees mostly request for projects such as do they request for projects mostly in Week days, Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.
In this section, the Project Detail table shows the employees and their project requests in table form.
If you click on the right arrow icon beside the employee's name in the table, you will see all the project requests that he had made in the chosen period. You can review each project request’s details and delete them as appropriate.
When there are multiple project requests for the same employee in a single day, there will be a warning sign so that you can check whether if they are true or not. You can easily filter them by clicking “filter” button in the warning message above the table so that the system will only filter the results of the table.
The project breakdown table shows the breakdown of project requests and their approved hours according to the department, position, location and the custom tags created.
You can easily choose the views by clicking the view you want right above the table.
Hour table will show the total number of approved project hours and the total employees who received approvals for projects.
Percentage table will show the total number of approved project percentages and the total employees who received approvals for projects.
