10. How to do if employees resign
There are 3 ways to set up for employee resignation.
a) Deactivating a user will effectively take the total employee count by -1. However his data will be intact. And you will not be charged for deactivated users in Pay As You Go plan. You can reactivate him anytime. You can do it in System from employee's profile and full article here -> link.
b)You can Click on Resign Button in Employee Directory and Employee Detail then fill the data under Resign Tab in Add New Activity Change Form.
c) You can click on Add New Movement button in Employee >> Employee Movement. Then Fill data under Resign Tab in Add New Activity Change.
